Gatcombe Farm
Located just outside of bristol and based ontop of an ancient roman settlement. Gatcome farm is one of bristols trendiest new developments. A total of 7 barns all purchased seperately will be converted into luxury residential accomodation. The site presents a unique challenge, between the strict reulations stipulated by Historic England, and the innovative architectural designs.
Cowbridge
Just off the historic high street of Cowbridge, South Wales, lay a delapidated builders merchants from the 1900s and two grade 2 listed ancillary buildings. Mount Everest Construction has worked with a developer to regenrate the site into a magnificent house, two luxury flats and a commercial unit.
